Came here for a business dinner and couldn’t have been happier. We waited about 20 minutes for our table despite having a reservation, however once we were seated, service was swift and the food was delicious. We ordered a selection of appetizers and main courses and every single dish was delicious. We spent just over $100/person including tip, including multiple alcoholic beverages for each person.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Trattoria Stella. The food was exceptional from start to finish — authentic, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The atmosphere is intimate and unlike anywhere else, making the entire evening feel special and memorable. Between the unique setting, outstanding service, and incredible Italian cuisine, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend for a date night or any occasion worth celebrating.

The food was amazing! Drinks were spot on! Celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Looking forward to going back! Also loved the little shops they had throughout out the building!!!

This is the standard for food, wine, and service. Nobody does it better! The kitchen is ambitious and purpose driven. I had Chef Austin’s lamb taste and I just might return every day until it’s gone. Amanda’s wine selections are inspired and always reflect a sense of story and place. I’m currently loving their Sicilian wines. Haley is the single-most knowledgeable food and beverage expert I’ve ever had. She speaks about each dish with such detail and is wildly connected to the menu and guest experience. You’ll be in the best hands if she’s your server! From the host table to the bartenders to the bussers, Stella has a team that makes every dining experience memorable.

Went here for New Years Eve and we were excited for an incredible dinner experience. It was not what we were expecting. We are huge foodies and have dined at many restaurants all over. We had high expectations with all of the amazing reviews! The good! Overall the white pizza was good, the drinks, and our dessert the bon bon was great! What was lacking, the hostess was not friendly the minute we walked in, the rushing through our meal, the service, our waitress had way too many tables, and our main meal. My salmon was literally some of the worst salmon I have ever had! So salty, and so over cooked! It was horrible! My husband had the chicken and it was even as bad as mine. So over cooked, salty, and the sauces were just not there in taste. Overall we will not be back, for the money it's not worth it! There are so many other amazing options in Traverse City! Save your money and time and go else where!
